To update your contact information, go to your Dashboard > My Account Settings and click on Manage to update your information
To change your name/login name, go to your Dashboard > My Account Settings and click on Account to update/correct your name
If you receive an “Incorrect password” error message after a couple of attempts when trying to login to your account, you can click on “forgot password” and enter your email address to proceed to reset your password. You will receive an email containing the temporary password.
Be sure to check your spam mail as well as your email you entered in the password recovery. If you continue having problems with recovering your account you can contact our support team at support@outplore.com
If you are no longer using your signup email address or is no longer active you can submit a support request to support@outplore.com. Once we receive your request we will first review your record and send you a new temporary password. Unfortunately due to account restrictions we do not allow changing of email addresses used during signup
