Outplore is an online platform designed to be the meeting ground of language professionals who are looking for convenient ways to connect, share knowledge, get assistance to build up your career as well as assist employers and clients with finding qualified language professionals in their local or global area. In order to provide and facilitate these services we collect and publicly display some but not all personal information about our users.
By providing any personal information to this site or by using this site, you explicitly accept, without limitation or qualification, the collection, use and transfer of the personal information provided by you in the manner described in this Statement. You fully understand and unambiguously consent to the collection and processing of such information in any country. Please read this Statement carefully as it affects your rights and liabilities under law. If you disagree with the way we collect and process personal information collected on the Web site, we recommend that you do not use it.
Security
You are solely responsible for making sure your login credentials are kept safe and confidential. Ouplore has implemented technical measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. Notwithstanding such measures, the Internet is an open system and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to bypass those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. If we decide to change, modify the substance of our Term of Use for Outplore.com, at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof.

User Content
You are solely responsible for such User Content you provide to Outplore or post on the Site or the Service. Outplore cannot accept any responsibility in connection with, or arising from, such User Content. Also, we cannot control the use of information you post or make available in public areas of Outplore site which can be made by third parties. Furthermore, you fully understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video or other materials posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. Your linking to any other websites is at your own risk. You acknowledge that Outplore does not prescreen or approve Content, but that Outplore shall have the right in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the Service, for violating the Terms of use for any other reason.

If you are a user with a public resume and have not logged into the web site for an extended period, we may make your resume or profile unsearchable.
Age Restriction
Any screening done by a team member of Outplore is limited and should not be taken as complete, accurate, up-to-date or conclusive of the member’s suitability as an employer or social media influencer. Employers are solely responsible for interviewing, performing background and reference checks, validating personal information provided by social media influencers.
If you are registering to be a social media influencer, you must be permitted or allowed to work within the United States or in the country in which you applied to work for under the applicable law.
Background and Verification Checks
Social media influencers undergo screening processes that include verifying their Social media account such as linkedin, Facebook account as well as users portfolio, diploma, certificate or license to increase level of accuracy, dependability and integrity. Even though these services are provided we still do not provide any guarantee or warranty to employers when hiring.
Warranty
Outplore makes no warranties, express or implied, as to such User Content or its accuracy and reliability, and assumes no responsibility for actively monitoring the Site for inappropriate User Content. As a result, Outplore makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site.
You agree that you must evaluate, and take all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances Outplore will be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via the Service.
Prohibited Uses

Advertisement Service-Posting Banner, etc.
You agree that Outplore has the right to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of paid Service. We may charge a fee to post Content in some areas of the Service. The fee is an access fee permitting Content to be posted in a designated area. Each party posting Content to the Service is responsible for said Content and compliance with the Terms of use.
As a service to our users, we may provide information about other resources that may be of interest. However, we are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on, or available from, such sites or resources, and the presentation of third-party links or content by Company is not intended to be an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Company. All fees paid will be refundable within 3days after posting banner, profile. But it is non-refundable in the event that Content is removed from the Service for violating the Term of use
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any other services, you may request a refund within 3 days of the original date of subscription. After the initial 3 day period, you are not eligible for are fund of any kind upon cancellation. All refunds will be given to the original credit card on which the purchase was made. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reach you or be charged back to your account. Cancellations may be made by Email to support@Outplore.com, or by logging into your My Account page on the Website and providing the same information that you provided when you subscribed.
